Chromebooks will be returned during Science class periods. 8th graders will turn in their devices on May 17th. 6th and 7th grade students will return their device on May 23rd.
The district-set, physical-damage or replacement fines for student chromebooks include: $50 for a damaged screen, $50 for a damaged keyboard, $50 for a damaged exterior shell, $10 for a missing Canyons barcode, $30 for a missing cord, and $225 for a missing chromebook. Students will receive a receipt of their check-in on their grade’s day.
Students do not return their carrying case. Instead, they will store the case at home over the summer and plan to use it again next year.
Any late returns will be accepted before and after school in the library. Any returned devices after May 26th will be accepted in the front office.
