Under Article III
1. Membership
1. Each school community council for a school other than a high school shall have a minimum of four parent members and two school employee members, including the principal.
2. But not more than 11 voting members annually, provided that:
1. the membership includes two or more parent members than the number of school employee members for a total of 7; and
2. there are at least four school employee members on the school community council.
