- Tess Horton called the meeting to order. All members introduced themselves. Mindy Doyle and Aja Steck were excused.

- We welcomed Katie Atkinson as the new member.
Principal Updates – Doug Graham
- Land Trust/TSSP Allocation
Reported an allocation of $293,759.22 total allocation and $304,229.84 total budget which includes 2019-2020 carry over.
Discussion on expected surplus due to increased funds. Mr. Graham asked the committee to review the TSSP and look at additional needs for this year. Additional Chromebooks will be written out through an amendment.
Question from Cindy Boyer about allowance for carryover beyond 10% due to restrictions in place due to COVID-19.

Counseling Office – Roxann Wolfe
- Update on ongoing programs.
- Update on difficulties associated with continual change of educational setting for families.
PTA – Teneil Hansen
- Food truck will be provided for PT Conference dinner on September 22.
- Memory books have arrived – distribution is being explored
