- No – it was put on hold because of COVID so we are still using
data from 18-19 to establish goals. We have changed tests so
we don’t have a good comparison yet.

- PTC – first night in person, 2nd night virtual. We can offer Canvas and
skyward classes. - Ms. Merket will be joining us next time to go over digital learning plans.
- School safety plan – we have been doing well with the parking lot when Mr.
Graham is out there. - PBIS rewards – parents and students are really excited about it.

- We had our first spirit day and we “dressed for success.” We are doing
spirit days on the first day of every month, with the exception of
Halloween. - Teacher dinner on the 22nd during PTCs.
- Spirit Wear order went in today and should be back in two weeks.
- PTSA is helping with school pictures on the 16th.
- Next Board meeting is on the 27th at 9am.

- We are thrilled to have a 3rd full time counselor and she is doing an excellent job.
- Going to start group workshops soon. Already have about 4 groups worth of stress/coping and also have a middle school success one for 6th graders. Skylert is going out this weekend for parents to nominate their student.
- Counselors have been out into the classrooms to introduce themselves and start off healthy relationship skills with 6th graders.
- Last week was the first “lunch bunch” and counselors provided hula hoops, big jenga, etc to encourage connections between students. They are going to do this twice monthly. They will probably do an inside board game day in the library or Warrior room.
- Jill suggested helping students who were online last year because of COVID and this is their first year of middle school. She suggested that the counselors reach out to 7th and 8th graders as well.
