Students who are in need of extra support with homework for any of their classes may attend Warrior Support each Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM.

Each grade level will have a Math teacher available in their classrooms after school from 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM. Please remember that any Math teacher is qualified to support a student outside of their current grade-level teaching assignment. A student is not limited to asking for help from their Math teacher only.

Other content teachers (English Language Arts, Library Media Specialist, Science, and Social Studies) along with our Academic Support Center’s interventionist, Mr. Martinez, will be available in the Media Center for general homework help.
Students will be required to sign-in on an attendance page and meet the general school rules of remaining responsible, respectful, and safe while working in the library. Students will be able to access their lockers and the school bathrooms, but will be prevented from traveling throughout the building.
If a student acts outside of our school rules, they will have a teacher intervene with the school rule being retaught to the students. The second misbehavior will prompt a redirection or seat change. At the third misbehavior, a student will be asked to leave Warrior Support. If the misbehavior(s) continues during the next Warrior Support session, the student will have an office referral to meet with their assigned assistant principal during the next school day.
